The manual handling training course can be completed in 3 – 4 hours. Time will depend on the number of attendees. The training covers a range of topics in order to give the learner confidence to risk assess manual handling tasks and perform said tasks within their workplace.

– Legislation
– Anatomy and Physiology
– Ergonomics
– Hazard Identification
– Risk Assessment
– Principles of Lifting
– Practical : Lifting, Moving, Carrying, Push and Pull.
On successful completion all attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.
